Good news, it didn't take an entire year for the update. Better news, this update comes in the form of a remake!! The first version of the game was made in Ren'Py, but we quickly realized that it'd be very limiting to continue developing the game on there. This new version was made in Godot, and is much closer to how we imagined this project turning out.

There's still a long way to go for this to be a complete game, but now that the framework of the game is completed in Godot, we're hopeful that future updates will become more frequent. As for what those updates will include, we plan to make all of the apps more functional, giving players more to do outside of the core gameplay, as well as expanding the story and including more characters outside of the main ones. 

You may notice that Ivy also looks different in this update, and this won't be the last time her appearance changes. I wanted to make sure that any new characters added to the game have the same art style, hence the change in this update, and in the future we plan on including videos of the characters as well, so we will start making the move towards 3d models to make this process easier. It just takes time and we wanted to get this project updated sooner than that.
